| Connecticut puts an emphasis on education, spending more money per student than nearly any other state resulting in above average test scores and more extracurricular opportunities. |
 |
| And in Connecticut education goes beyond the classroom. In 2009 the Connecticut Science Center opened in Hartford with the intent to engage kids in science at an early age. With 150 hands-on exhibits, a state-of-the-art 3D digital theater, four educational labs, plus daily programs and events, the Connecticut Science Center offers endless exploration. Every part of science is at a visitor's fingertips, from Physics to Forensics, Geology to Astronomy. |
